China Mood is a refined fine dining destination located within The Ritz-Carlton, Al Bustan Palace, offering an immersive culinary experience inspired by the rich cultural diversity of China. The project was conceived to deliver an authentic yet contemporary dining atmosphere, blending tradition with modern luxury.

The design concept draws from multiple Chinese provinces, carefully integrating distinct cultural elements, materials, and aesthetics to create a cohesive and immersive environment. Every detail—from spatial planning to interior finishes—was curated to enhance the guest journey, transforming dining into a multi-sensory experience.
